Newbridge FETC – Now enrolling for the following courses: Special Needs Assistant (SNA) Courses (QQI Level 5 & 6)

QQI Level 5 & 6 SNA courses offer a qualification that will allow you to work as a special needs assistant. For example, this can be in hospitals, care homes, and primary and secondary schools.

SNAs play an important role in assisting the teacher. They support students with special educational needs who have significant care needs.

On completion of our courses, you will hold a QQI accredited award in Special Needs Assisting. This course is an essential introduction to the role of an SNA and allows you to work as an SNA. The course includes the different theories in special needs education that will not only prepare you to work as an SNA but also a pathway to further studies.
