Entry Requirements The course is aimed towards individuals who are over 21 years of age, are unemployed and/or have been getting certain Social Welfare payments.
N.B. if you have been made unemployed/redundant due to COVID-19 you may be entitled to apply to VTOS.
Progression Options This course can provide the learner with competencies to progress to QQI Level 6 programmes or Employment. This course provides relevant skills for employment in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Community Care Assistants, etc. Learners can progress to further study in areas like Nursing Studies, Social Care, etc.
